Draw Close to the Lord with Trusting Hearts and Minds.

It’s human nature to have a difficult time remembering to trust God. We want it our way and on our timing. But God’s wisdom is the foundation for a Christian life. Through nine sessions, look to the examples of biblical figures who work on growing their trust in the Lord. From Moses to Mary, we look at their circumstances and responses to learn how to stand firm and draw close to Jesus. In doing this study, develop deeper trust in God and His ways.

How to Use:

Using this workbook for individual study offers the opportunity to better understand your current relationship with God mediated by the external Word (the Bible) and Sacrament. The personal response questions are intentionally written to help you work at your own pace to help you engage in deeper thought and make personal connections to God.

Using Be Thou My Guide in a group not only allows for personal growth but also offers the added benefit of deepening fellowship and friendship. In a group study, one person may lead the entire course, or group members can take turns leading sessions.
